Manage subscription renewals and request help with a payment.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Sign in with the account used for your purchase.
  2. Open My account and select Manage subscription.
  3. Review the cancellation date shown by Stripe and confirm your choice.

The portal’s confirmation describes when the change takes effect. Canceling during a free trial ends the subscription before its first payment. Your separate coding-provider subscriptions are not canceled by canceling SwarmPane.

Billing problems and refund requests

Contact support@overmcp.com with your account email and the date or reference of the payment. Never send a full card number, password, or API key. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and the purchase terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this page.

Checkout availability

No payment is collected through the website while checkout is disabled. Creating a SwarmPane account alone does not start a paid subscription.
